My work doesn't always result in something that can be displayed in a portfolio. Much of it involves solving problems, managing projects, implementing technology, improving processes, or working with proprietary information that can't be shared publicly. The examples below represent a selection of work I can share and demonstrate different approaches to learning, documentation, process improvement, and performance support.

Technical Writing - Marketing

This was created for a very specific marketing purpose with very specific specs.

Instructional Design - PowerPoint Show

This is a much older, sample that was requested as a "proof of concept". I was given a set of parameters and told to use whatever content I wanted. Since I didn't have access to any of the software (at that time, free trials were not "robust" enough) I used PowerPoint. Originally built in PowerPoint 97, you can see how the alignment of items is a little off from slide to slide - which is a common problem when jumping 10 versions of software! However, the reason why I like to include this is because it's a good example of the thought process behind the content. If you want to try it, download it and run it in Slideshow mode.
