Jenn Buckley is an Independent Enterprise Learning Consultant with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations navigate the intersection of people, technology, and learning. Since establishing J Buckley Consulting, LLC in 2010, she has worked across industries with organizations including Marriott Vacations Worldwide, Deloitte, McKinsey & Company, Danaher, BJ’s Wholesale, Crowley Maritime, and others.

Her work spans enterprise learning technology, technical and software training, instructional design and curriculum development, technical writing, project management, and organizational change. She has led and supported complex LMS implementations and re-configurations, large-scale learning and curriculum initiatives, user acceptance testing, governance, process improvement, and enterprise technology implementations.

Throughout her career, Jenn has specialized in translating complexity into practical solutions people can actually use. She works across business, Learning & Development, HR, technology, subject matter experts, vendors, and end users to connect business needs, technology, processes, and learning.

Prior to establishing her consulting practice, Jenn held progressive roles with MetLife and PwC, where her work included enterprise learning technologies, learning operations, technical training, curriculum development, project leadership, and management of globally distributed teams.
